Civil service profession has always been popular,in recent years,millions of people want to enter the system circle every year,while people in the circle have less and less recognition of their work value and living conditions,especially the township civil servants.As the main body of grass-roots governance,the working status and behavior of young civil servants in villages and towns are closely related to the administrative efficiency,credibility and legitimacy of the government.In this paper,Yongchun County Township Youth Civil Servants as the research object,using interviews and questionnaires,the object of the job burnout situation empirical analysis.Job Burnout Scale(MBI-GS)was used to investigate whether there was job burnout and the causes of it.The questionnaire consisted of basic information,job burnout scale(MBI-GS)and job burnout influencing factors scale were used to survey young civil servants in all villages and towns of Yongchun County.Using SPSSAU statistical software of questionnaire stars,data processing is carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,the job burnout of young township civil servants in Yongchun County is at a moderate level.Second,Low personal accomplishment is the most prominent among the three dimensions of job burnout.Third,through the single factor analysis of variance,the three dimensions of the job burnout of the township youth civil servants are not only different from the gender,age,marital status,grade,and the distance from the county to the county,but also there are significant differences in whether the cadres and character types are the reserve cadres.Fourth,the social factors,organizational factors and individual factors of the job burnout of the youth civil servants in Yongchun County,among which the organizational factors are more prominent than the other two.Fifth,finally,from the three levels of society,organization and individual,this paper gives some suggestions on alleviating job burnout of young civil servants in Yongchun county.
