Evaluation And Heterogeneity Analysis Of The Welfare Situation Of Female Migrant Workers

At present,China's policy of restricting labor mobility has been gradually relaxed.By the end of 2017,the total number of migrant workers in and out of the city was 17.18 million,of which 31.3% were women.However,due to the difficulty of obtaining urban household registration,it is difficult for female migrant workers to enjoy the same social security and social services as urban residents in the city,resulting in the unsatisfactory welfare situation of female migrant workers.This paper mainly studies the welfare status of female migrant workers.The female migrant workers in Shenyang,capital of Liaoning Province,Fuxin and Jinzhou,Fuxin and Jinzhou,Tai'an,Changtu counties were selected as survey samples,and 565 female samples were obtained.On the basis of literature review and research,functional evaluation index is selected to measure the welfare level of female migrant workers.Firstly,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of female migrant workers.The research shows that the new generation of female migrant workers has gradually become the main part of the group of female migrant workers;most of the female migrant workers are in good health;most of the female migrant workers have been married;the low level of education of female migrant workers is not conducive to the competitiveness of urban work of this group;and the female migrant workers receive.The training situation still needs to be improved.More and more female migrant workers need to be trained to have good working skills.Both income level and working environment are unsatisfactory.Most female migrant workers are endless throughout the year,which is a great physical and psychological test.At the same time,urban life has great impact on female migrant workers.Greater attraction.Secondly,the index system is selected to measure the welfare level of female migrant workers.In this paper,economic resources,social security,living environment,working environment,health status,spiritual feelings and other indicators are selected to measure the welfare level of female migrant workers.The results show that the overall fuzzy index of female migrant workers is 0.3866,which is at a low welfare level.The fuzzy index of female migrant workers in large,medium and small cities is 0.3909,0.3692 and 0.3766,respectively.The welfare level is low.The fuzzy index of male migrant workers is measured and compared with that of female migrant workers,so as to better reveal the welfare status of female migrant workers.Thirdly,the heterogeneity of the welfare level of female migrant workers is analyzed.Age,marital status,education level and training are selected to analyze the welfare of female migrant workers,so as to better reveal female farmers.Welfare status of migrant workers.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the welfare level of female migrant workers,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the welfare level of female migrant workers.
