Civil servant incentive mechanism is an important part of China's civil service system and an important guarantee for the clean and efficient operation of the government.Civil servant incentive mechanism exerts its effectiveness through performance appraisal,job promotion,bonus distribution,evaluation first and education and training,stimulates civil servant's enthusiasm and motivation,restricts and standardizes civil servant's behavior,so as to enhance the administrative efficiency of the government.Based on the reality,this paper takes Tianjin Tax Bureau C Branch as an example to make an empirical study on the optimization of the incentive mechanism for civil servants.Firstly,through visits,questionnaires,data collection and analysis,the status quo of civil servant incentive mechanism in Tianjin Tax Bureau C Branch is obtained.Then,the main problems existing in the current incentive mechanism for civil servants of Tianjin Tax Bureau C Branch are obtained from facts,and the main causes of these problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,based on the above research results,effective solutions and optimization strategies are proposed.Optimizing and perfecting the incentive mechanism for civil servants is an inevitable requirement of deepening the reform of the administrative system of the country,which is directly related to the smooth transformation of the government's work functions,and has great and far-reaching significance for maintaining the stability of the civil servants and improving the efficiency of the civil servants.
