| The subdistrict office is an agency of city people’s government,people’s exercise of the powers of government,it is the people’s government,the most basic is a bridge,connecting the masses and the government is the implementation of national policies to people on a key ring.But with the rapid development of urbanization speed at present,changes in the streets of the office of management mode and evaluation level can not keep up with the times,the existing examination mode of the existing assessment content is too simple,lack of security assessment,the assessment results of the single subject,so that the assessment is often a mere formality,unable to play its due role.Therefore,to improve the civil servants Street office management mode,to enhance the level of performance appraisal,so as to improve work efficiency and quality to meet the needs of the development of the current era,is currently a very important political task,should cause the attention of society and government.This article through to the current M street agency civil service examination implementation were analyzed,and through the investigation and study,found that M street agency civil service evaluation index system has the following three problems: one is the appraisal main body is not comprehensive,is still the higher authority leadership and the colleagues,the lack of service objects and their own opinions,making the assessment results are difficult to ensure the objective and fair;Secondly,the assessment index design is unreasonable,not specific enough and not quantitative assessment index analysis,there is no guarantee that the objectivity and justice of the assessment results;thirdly,it is improper use the assessment results,lack of incentives,feedback mechanism and safeguard measures.Based on the current M Street Office of civil service examination implementation situation analysis,through investigation and study,found that the civil servant appraisal index system of M Street office there are three problems in the following: one is the main examination is still not comprehensive,superiors,colleagues and evaluation group is divided into three parts,the lack of service objects and their own opinions,make the assessment results to ensure an objective and impartial evaluation index;two is the unreasonable design of assessment index is not specific enough and not quantitative,can not guarantee the objective and impartial assessment of the results;the three is the assessment results of improper use,lack of incentives,feedback mechanism and safeguard measures. |
