President Xi Jinping pointed out at the Seventh National Congress of the Chinese Young Pioneers that the training of young children is a strategic task and has a long-term perspective.The comprehensive development of children and young children is inseparable from the professional education of the Young Pioneers counselors,based on the core literacy,the core literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors is profound.This research focuses on the core knowledge of professional knowledge,professional ability,and emotional attitudes.From the perspective of the historical development and reality of the Young Pioneers,this paper analyzes the literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors.On this basis,it tries to construct the core literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors.Certainly innovative.Firstly,from the perspective of the country,the Young Pioneers,the Young Pioneers and the author themselves,the reasons for the research are discussed.On the basis of this,the theoretical and practical significance of this research is discussed.It is concluded that the construction of the core literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors is beneficial to the Young Pioneers.The enhancement of the sense of belonging and the improvement of the professional level are conducive to the richness of the core literacy theory.Then the concept definition of the Young Pioneers counselor and core literacy was defined.The literature review was carried out on the theme of the Young Pioneers counselor literacy.The whole research process of the literature method and the survey method was elaborated.Secondly,it elaborates on the construction principle of the core trophy of the Young Pioneers counselors.It is analyzed that the core literacy construction of the Young Pioneers counselors should follow the basic leadership of the party,the basic concept of learning the professional standards of teachers,follow the requirements of the training of talents of the Young Pioneers and learn from international children.The military instructor's experience is based on four principles.Based on this premise,the literacy requirements of the Young Pioneers counselors are analyzed from the perspective of history and reality.In the historical investigation of the Young Pioneers counselors,through the combing of historical context,the four stages of thedevelopment of the Young Pioneers educate the Young Pioneers counselors on the core literacy of the Young Pioneers.The investigation with intentions sums up the focus on political literacy,the low level of attention of general values.Finally,based on the historical investigation and the analysis of the status quo,the core literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors was constructed.The core literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors should include the three-dimensional 12 literacy,which mainly includes the political knowledge literacy and educational knowledge literacy of the professional knowledge dimension.Develop knowledge literacy and general knowledge literacy;professional competence dimension: political teaching ability literacy,communication and coordination literacy,reflective development literacy,innovative ability literacy;emotional attitude literacy,moral quality literacy,educational cognitive literacy Professional awareness.In addition,it is further proposed that the implementation of the core literacy of the Young Pioneers counselors should be based on the overall grasp of the qualities of the Young Pioneers counselors,the guidance of the practical problems of the Young
