A Study On The Governance Of The Internet Communication In Our Country

With the development of network science and technology,network media organizations and hundreds of millions of netizens are creating hundreds of billions of network information every year.A large number of netizens publish and comment on certain events of social life on the network,which promotes the spread of the network and results in the development of network public opinion.Network information dissemination is a double-edged sword,which brings great convenience to human beings,but also produces many network problems.It fills the network with a large number of negative information and poses a great threat to social and public security at any time.With the rapid dissemination of information through the network,this change is profoundly changing people's way of thinking and behavior,as well as the change of government governance mechanism.China's transitional society is in a highly complex and highly uncertain period,with an unprecedented increase in social risk coefficient and frequent social contradictions and conflicts.The traditional network governance mechanism has been unable to adapt to the changing society.Under the background of the network era,the free flow of information and the traditional authority of government based on information resources have been challenged greatly.Moreover,the trend of "multi-center governance" has become more and more clear.With the popularization of self-media,the public's desire and demand for political participation have become stronger and stronger.Therefore,the relationship between the government and the public is undergoing a great change.The weakening of government control in network information dissemination contrasts with the strong influence of network public opinion.Therefore,it is extremely important to strengthen the governance and effective management and guidance of network information dissemination.Government governance is an important part of the modernization of national governance.This topic studies the government governance of network communication in China.It can not only improve the theory of network communication,but also play a positive role in enriching and developing the theoretical system of modernization of national governance.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of network communication and government governance theory,mainly involving governance theory and new public management theory.By expounding the current situation of government governance of network communication in China,it affirms the achievements of government governance of network communication in China.At the same time,it also analyses that the existing legal system is not perfect enough,the supervisory system is not perfect enough,and the ethical construction is imperfect.By introducing the experiences of the typical developed countries in Europe,America,Germany,Singapore and other countries,this paper concludes that sound legal system,perfect supervision system and effective administrative means are all effective ways of network communication governance.In order to find out the Government Governance Countermeasures of network communication in our country,we need to build a network governance model,improve the laws and systems of network communication,build a supervision system of network communication,and strengthen the ethical construction of network communication.
