The performance appraisal of civil servants is the foundation and key for the government to implement the scientific management of the civil servants.Over the years,China has done a lot of research and practice on the performance appraisal of civil servants,but because of China's performance appraisal system is still not perfect,and subject to the influence of traditional administrative culture,the administrative bureaucracy and other factors,the performance evaluation of civil servants in China is still in a relatively low level.Administrative law enforcement officials,as a huge group of civil servants,has its particularity and representative.Because they working at the grassroots level,represent the party and the government.In the development of Chinese society,they plays an important role.Objectively evaluate the work of the administrative law enforcement officials,can provide scientific and objective basis for the appointment,promotion,salary and reward and punishment of them.It's also an important way to deepening the reform of administrative law enforcement system,strengthen the management of civil servants,and improve the work efficiency of the government.Scientific performanceevaluation is helpful to strengthen the government's supervision and encouragement,realize the institutional and normative of government management.This paper studies the current situation of the performance appraisal of the administrative law enforcement officials,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current performance appraisal methods.And combine with my job,introduce the basic content and practice of administrative law enforcement officials performance appraisal of Feng Xian Law Enforcement Bureau.As a member of the administrative law enforcement personnel,I hope that I can find a practical way to improve the performance appraisal of administrative law enforcement personnel on the basis of careful study,and exploring the future development direction of performance appraisal of law enforcement civil servants.
