The Impact Of Public Service Satisfaction On The Subjective Well-being Of Urban

The study of happiness has never stopped,and the study of well-being continues.As an indicator that best reflects the stability and integrity of well-being,subjective well-being has been a hot topic in academic circles.Since many factors influences the subjective well-being,the author starts with the subjective evaluation of residents' satisfaction with national public services.Using CGSS 2015 data,the author discusses the influence of urban residents' public service satisfaction on subjective well-being on the basis of analyzing the status of urban residents' public service satisfaction and subjective well-being.Finally,the author finds that the overall supply of urban public services in China is insufficient.Especially when public service satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the subjective well-being of urban residents,It has greater impact on subjective well-being than income.The author also finds that inclusiveness has the greatest impact on the subjective well-being of residents in the four aspects of public service supply adequacy,balance,convenience,and inclusiveness.In the comparison of individual public service satisfaction,it founds that social security services have a greater impact on the subjective well-being of residents.Therefore the author proposes two ways to improve the subjective well-being of urban residents: 1.to increase the supply of urban public services as a whole,and to increase demand-oriented public services for social security;2.accelerating the equalization of urban public services and establishing a public service system that benefits all citizens so as to enhance the subjective well-being of urban residents.
