Problems And Countermeasures Study On Governance Systems Of Megacities Of China

A megacity is not only the economic,political,and cultural center of a region or country,but is increasingly represented as a card that represents the region or country going global.The quality of megacities directly affects a country's international visibility and international image.Affected by China's traditional urban management system,the various risks in the process of urbanization,and the internal and external environment such as globalization,the call from the traditional management system of megacities to the modern governance system is getting higher and higher.Due to the different political systems of megacities in different countries,there is a gap between China's megacities governance system and the megacities governance system of developed countries in Europe and America.Moreover,the governance services of China's megacities are also lagging behind governance needs.Therefore,on the basis of the demand for governance of megacities in China,it is necessary to introduce,explore and learn from the megacities governance system of western developed countries,and to construct a megacities governance system with Chinese characteristics in the new era for the modernization of China's megacities.With the simultaneous advancement of urbanization and urban modernization in China,China's existing megacities management system is inconsistent with the needs of the modernization of megacities.In order to solve the development lag problem of China's megacities governance system,this paper analyzes the characteristics of megacities governance systems at home and abroad,from the perspective of urban political districts and governance hierarchy,governance subjects and its relationship,public affairs and its scope and governance tools and efficiency.On the basis of understanding the current situation of China's megacities governance system,by learning from the foreign megacities governance system,we will construct a megacities governance system with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the governance subjects,governance tool,governance objects and governance sestem.
