The Studies Of New Urbanization Theory Of Chinese Characteristics In The New Era

An in-depth study on the formation basis and mechanism system construction of the new urbanization path has great theoretical and practical significance for the current rapid development stage of China's urbanization construction since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed to take the new urbanization path.Although the single orientation of the old practice mode of traditional urbanization has promoted economic and social development in the new era when people-centered development ideas and major social contradictions are changing,we have to realize a series of problems such as unbalanced regional development,backward urbanization process,serious ecological environment pollution,etc.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce new urbanization ideas to guide the practice of urbanization construction.The "new" of the new type of urbanization is to change from the one-sided pursuit of urbanization in the past at the expense of agricultural and rural development,resources and environmental protection,which is spatial extension,scale expansion and sharp increase in number,to urbanization with " human" as the core,focusing on farmers,covering the coordinated development of rural areas,large and medium-sized cities and small towns,the synchronization of urban and rural areas and the equalization of public services,with the focus on improving the quality of cities and the level of modernization.Part ? of the article is the formation process of the new urbanization theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.By introducing the basic situation of Marxism's thought of urban and rural integration,this paper expounds that the Chinese communists of past dynasties have formed the urbanization theory which not only follows the international historical rules but also caters to China's basic national conditions in their exploration and practice with Marx's thought of urban and rural integration as the theoretical origin,and demonstrates that the new urbanization has profound theoretical basis.It is demonstrated that new urbanization has urgent practical basis through in-depth analysis of the drawbacks and problems caused by the extensive and one-sided development mode that ignores the dominant position of human beings in China's traditional urbanization construction.Part ? of this article studies the main connotation of China's new urbanization in the new era by combing and summarizing the new urbanization theories and literatures,and summarizes the main contents of comprehensively promoting the new urbanization road with the key task of realizing steady urbanization level and quality.Examples are given to illustrate China's achievements and experiences in recent years under the background of discussing the construction of new urbanization.The aim is to promote the strategic positioning of the new urbanization theoretical system,which is characterized by scientific concepts,gradual process,overall coordination and green ecology.Part ? of this article combines the connection between urbanization and the overall layout of "Five in one" under the new era background and the vigorous development of various undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era under the new normal of economy,and explores how to grasp the practical path of new-type urbanization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era accurately and the direction of urban construction during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period to accelerate the emergence of comprehensive policy effects.It is demonstrated that the new urbanization road,as an important component of Xi Jinping's new era socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the great practice of Marxism's urban and rural planning thought,is the only way to realize China's socialist modernization,and is the inevitable choice to release the maximum potential of domestic demand and development momentum.
