With the continuous development of China's society,more and more people have joined the ranks of civil servants in China,which makes the civil service pay system more and more attention.In most cases,one of the most important links of human capital preservation is the management of civil servants' salary system.Therefore,in recent years,the civil service salary system management has become the focus of scholars.In our country,there is still no obvious effect on the salary incentive of civil servants,which leads to the civil servants can not have a high enthusiasm for work,and corruption of civil servants is also emerging in an endless stream.Therefore,how to further improve the salary system of our civil servants has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.In the research process of this paper,mainly based on the perspective of incentives,the salary incentive mechanism for civil servants in China is analyzed,so as to further improve the effective scheduling of the salary system.It can not only satisfy the material needs of our civil servants,but also guide them to a higher level of development.In the research process of this paper,firstly,the background and significance of this research topic are elaborated in detail,and through reading a large number of references,to understand the current research status of this topic at home and abroad.Secondly,through the form of the questionnaire issued on the Internet,this paper analyzes the overall situation of the salary incentive of the civil servants in our country.Through the analysis of the current situation,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of our country on this issue,and points out the main reasons for the problems.Finally,through the salary incentive of the civil servants in our country.The analysis of the existing problems and causes in the process,combined with the corresponding theoretical basis,thus put forward the construction of our civil service salary incentive mechanism related suggestions.
