Social Work Intervention In Reemployment Dilemma Of Community Correcting Personnel

The community correction system was officially written into the criminal law amendment(eight)in 2011.In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee of 2013,it was clearly stated that "Abolishing the system of reeducation through labor and perfecting the system of community correction",which embodies the idea of the humanism of our country,can not only relieve the pressure of the management of the prison,but also help the community corrections with the help of the government,the community and the social workers.The staff reemployed and returned to the society.In real life,many community corrections need to be re employed and returned to the society every year in the country.However,because many enterprise organizations or individuals have long suffered from the negative effects of "past historical identity","illegal punishment","crime is the evil person" and so on,the community corrections personnel have been looking for a job.There are many discrimination,exclusion or unfair treatment in the course of the course.It is a social problem that how to promote the reemployment of the community corrections as soon as possible.As a professional means of solving contradictions and serving the society,social work can play a significant role in helping the community correctional personnel to reemployment.Starting from helping community correctors reemploy,this paper analyses the subjective and objective factors affecting the reemployment of community correctors,and makes a concrete analysis of the reemployment situation of community correctors and the reasons for the difficulty of reemployment by using case work method and interview method.Through the acceptance evaluation,it finds the problem of the corrected object,formulates the corrective plan for the problem,implements the plan to solve the problem,re-evaluates,closes the case and provides follow-up services.Therefore,the author believes that in order to make the community correction personnel re-employment quickly,it is particularly necessary to build a governance model of community correction personnel re-employment problem,which integrates and coordinates the multi-subjects of "community correction personnel themselves-family-community-social workers".On the one hand,it provides professional social services and social work assistance for the re-employment of communitycorrectors,on the other hand,it continuously expands and enriches the theoretical framework and practical ideas of social work intervention in the field of re-employment of community correctors.
