Study On Home-based Care Services In Shunde District,Foshan City

China announced its aging as early as 1999,and family pension has always been the mainstream pension mode in China.Due to the impact of China's population policy and the improvement of economic level,China's family model presents a different pattern.The family structure has evolved into a pattern in which two young adults are responsible for supporting four parents and raising one or two children.However,at present,the elderly cannot rely on the family alone to maintain them.The pension problem in China is getting more and more attention from the government and society.Shunde home-based elderly care service system started in 2006.After more than 10 years of exploration and development,it encountered development bottlenecks and presented problems of single content and low marketization degree.As a part of livelihood projects,the improvement of home-based elderly care services is related to the happiness of the elderly,the stability of the community,and the quality of public management services.At first,this paper adopts the method of literature study sums up the development of shunde's home endowment service,on the basis of the statistical analysis of shunde home endowment service needs the results of the survey,through the qualitative analysis,analyze the existing in shunde home endowment service market penetration is low,service supply and demand of asymmetric structure and poor service content of the project quality and the lack of planning problems in the development of institutional construction,and put forward the market universal problems analysis influenced by traditional ideas,service structural imbalance between supply and demand are influenced by income level,quality of service is subject to the talent and the lack of competition mechanism,institution construction is limited by funding support situation causes four service trouble.The author hopes to find out the problems through the survey on the needs of home care services in Shunde,put forward Suggestions on the development of home care services in Shunde district from the perspective of multiple social subjects based on the diversification of social welfare,and provide feasible Suggestions for local governments to popularize home care services.
