Poverty,as an important factor that hinders the development of regional economy and threatens the basic right to exist and the right to development of the population in povertystricken areas, seriously hinders the sustainable and stable development of human society, and has been widely concerned by governments and academic circles for a long time.China has a vast territory, unbalanced regional economic development,a large number of poor people, and arduous task of poverty alleviation and transformation.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"let the poor and poor areas enter the well-off society with the whole country in an all-round way." is the solemn promise of our party. In order to achieve the goal of eliminating the poverty of the rural poor in 2020,the Chinese government formulated a series of policies to help the poor and the poor to promote the political and economic development in the poor areas. With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual complexity of economic structure, relevant scholars point out that poverty presents the phenomenon of complexity and diversification of poverty-causing factors. In the past, the poverty measurement method only measured from a single dimension can not meet the actual needs. Therefore, the research on poverty in the academic community has gradually embarked on a multi-dimensional and multi angle research direction. As an important branch of poverty problem, rural children's poverty problem attracts more and more attention with the continuous development of human society and the aggravation of urban-rural dual structure.Based on the survey data of CFPS from 2012 to 2016,this paper constructs a multidimensional poverty evaluation system for children, which includes six dimensions of nutrition, health, education, medical security, living conditions and daily communication,21 indicators,to explore the dynamic development trend of multi-dimensional poverty for rural children in China and other regions;for rural children in China,multi-dimensional poverty With the spatial characteristics of rural children as the research object, using national geographic information data and other data, through spatial measurement methods, demographic and sociological theories, and using ArcGIS analysis software, this paper analyzes the distribution and composition patterns of rural children's poverty in geography, economy and society at the national,Eastern,Western and provincial levels The spatial types and causes of children's multi-dimensional poverty are analyzed by coupling the rural children with different poverty levels with nutrition, health, living standards and otherfactors.Combined with the multi-dimensional poverty composition model, the characteristics of multi-dimensional poverty spatial types and the results of the coupling analysis, the paper puts forward the governance and Optimization Countermeasures for Chinese rural children's multi-dimensional poverty. The findings are as follows: first, from the perspective of single dimension poverty, the poverty of rural children in China mainly focuses on the indicators of culture, education and entertainment, education savings,BMI and children left behind;second, the incidence of multi-dimensional poverty, the average share of deprivation and the degree of multidimensional poverty of rural children in China have declined significantly. When the critical value of poverty k = 40%,the incidence of multi-dimensional poverty in 2012 was 0.4370,but it had dropped to 0.3562 in 2016,which had a significant effect on poverty alleviation of rural children in China;thirdly,by region,BMI index, family education expenditure, education savings, culture, education and entertainment, and children's staying in the East, middle and West were the high contributing factors of multi-dimensional poverty;fourthly, rural China The overall Moran index of children's spatial differentiation is greater than 0.12,showing a significant positive spatial correlation;fifth,multi-dimensional poverty hot spots are concentrated in Qinba mountain area. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions according to the analysis conclusion.
