Research On Public Security Weibo Construction In Henan Province

In 2009,Sina developed Sina Weibo.Since its launch,Sina Weibo has become a new online communication tool because of its fast propagation speed,wide coverage,and strong interactivity.It has changed the traditional way of communication in the past.With the rapid development of Weibo,government affairs microblogs came into being.The opening of government affairs microblogs has greatly increased the openness of government affairs and the transparency of government affairs.It has provided an important channel for communication between the government and the people and greatly increased government People,ask the people's implementation efforts.As a special group,the public security has always maintained its unique mystery and authority.The rise of government microblogs has provided strong theoretical support for the gradual growth of public security microblogs.In recent years,the public security microblog has developed extremely rapidly due to its unique necessity and authority,and has quickly become an indispensable component in public security work.Public security Weibo has played a vital role in publicizing police affairs,providing convenient services,and communicating with the police.This article analyzes and researches the construction of Henan public security microblog platform,system construction,team construction,operation mechanism construction,and security mechanism construction from a multi-angle and comprehensive perspective through case-based empirical research,comparative research,and statistical analysis.It was found that there are insufficient platform authority certification and lack of unified standards for naming;the number of teams is low and the quality is generally low;there are too many formulating systems and lack of feasibility;the operating mechanism is not perfect and the ability to guide public opinion is insufficient;the lack of necessary guarantee mechanisms,etc.A series of questions,at the same time,for the existing Weibo platform,staffing,formulating systems,operating modes,and lack of logistics support,etc.,put forward corresponding effective strategies.In fact,through a lot of comparative research and analysis,these problems that have occurred in the construction of public securitymicroblogs in Henan Province exist in many cities in China.It can be said that this is a common problem faced by public security microblogs at this stage.The in-depth analysis and research of these problems in Bo has established the establishment of a scientific platform mechanism,the establishment of a multi-level professional public security microblog team system,the emphasis on strengthening the supervision and management of related systems,improving the operating mechanism and improving the ability to guide public opinion A series of corresponding strategies are put forward in five aspects including strong guarantee mechanism.In short,Henan Province's public security microblog team is growing stronger,providing a strong technical support and communication channel for Henan public security government affairs disclosure,convenience services,Internet + government affairs and other aspects.This paper has studied the existing problems of Henan public security microblogging.Analyze and integrate and propose effective and feasible coping strategies.This study provides experience and lessons for the construction of national public security microblogs,and provides a reference direction for the further development of the national public security microblogs.
