People’s well-being and the acquisition depends on the government’s work,security can be effectively increased can really serve the people heart and soul,in the19 th session of the central committee of the fifth plenary session of the CPC Central Committee put forward clear requirements,again for our government work requirement must always adhere to the historical position of serving the people,always seeks happiness for the people that work motivation.Government affairs service center is an important channel for people to handle business,and the service staff of government affairs service center will directly affect people’s feelings about government work.Therefore,exploring effective service ways to improve people’s satisfaction will be conducive to improving government credibility.This paper mainly studies Chengdu municipal Service Center,based on customer satisfaction,public satisfaction and service-oriented government and other basic theories,through correlation analysis and regression analysis to investigate the public satisfaction of Chengdu government service center.Firstly,the research framework of this paper is designed.Based on the current development situation of the service center of Chengdu Municipal Government,the constituent factors and index models of customer satisfaction which have been validated at home and abroad are used for reference and learning.With the inspiration of CSI model,the satisfaction model of this paper is constructed,and the hypothesis conclusion is put forward.The empirical verification is carried out from the aspects of empirical methods,tools and samples.Secondly,an empirical study is conducted on the satisfaction evaluation of Chengdu government affairs Service Center.According to the implementation process and the data collected from the questionnaire,the validity and credibility of the results were tested,and the hypotheses above were verified by means of ANOVA and regression analysis.Thirdly,there are many main factors that affect the satisfaction of the people in Chengdu government affairs service center.This paper mainly analyzes the three aspects of government affairs service facilitation,high efficiency and human nature.Finally,based on the above three factors,the paper puts forward specific measures to effectively improve the satisfaction of the masses,mainly including optimizing the service environment guided by the masses’ expectations;Improve the Internet plus government service system;Innovate service forms;Establish and perfect "bidirectional norm";Optimize government service process;We will strengthen the management of service personnel and improve the supervision and assessment system.
