In the fast-growing society of big data,cloud computing,and AI technology,The service-oriented government of “Internet big data” is becoming a new paradigm in the public's vision.In the emerging derivative of emerging media,Since the media has continuously occupied the market in the days of WeChat,Weibo,and live broadcast,The path of public opinion expression is constantly expanding and developing in the direction of diversification.From the Western Zhou Dynasty,China has a public opinion expression of "drums and drums".The expression of public opinion that has been inherited to this day has entered the era of mobile Internet.The content of public opinion is also extended from the past "complaints" to the current demands,opinions,suggestions and praises.In the context of big data,it is particularly important to construct a public opinion expression mechanism that meets the needs of the people,conforms to the public opinion,and solves the people's livelihood.The people are the foundation of national development.Today,with the freedom of information,people's awareness of participating in national construction and participating in social development is constantly being awakened.More and more public opinion response channels have been built with the support of the government.The public expresses their willingness to care for social development through various channels such as telephone,Internet,WeChat,and APP.This paper starts with the theory of government response,analyzes the types of government responses,and proposes four types of responses: active government response,active negative government response,passive positive government response,and passive negative government response.Combining the analysis of the operational status of the existing public opinion expression mechanism in Dalian and the relevant data collected,it analyzes in depth the factors that plague the government's response in the current public opinion expression environment,and combines public management theory and work reality to respond to future government responses.Put forward opinions and suggestions,strengthen resources,break the supervision of the main body,strengthen the response supervision,give play to the subjective initiative of the government response,and promote the establishment of a good government response mechanism.
