Study On The Professional Construction Of Urban Home-based Nursing Staff In Wujin District,changzhou City

The three plans for economic and social development since the 11th five-year plan period all included old-age care as an important issue for people's livelihood.The decision of the fourth plenary session of the 19th central committee of the communist party of China made it clear that "we should actively deal with the aging of the population and speed up the construction of an old-age care service system in which community institutions for the aged at home coordinate,and medical care,health care and nursing care are combined".The decision also pointed out that home-based old-age care is a model in line with China's national conditions,and efforts should be made to promote the construction of home-based old-age care and service personnel to better meet the diversified old-age care needs of the elderly.Taking wujin district of changzhou city as the research object,this paper,by means of questionnaire,in-depth interview and social worker group communication,focuses on the problems and causes in the process of professional construction of urban home-based nursing staff,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,the thesis introduces the background and significance of the topic,and then comprehensively discusses the relevant research at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of the topic,and sorts out the relevant concepts such as home-based old-age care,home-based old-age care and specialization.Then,the paper introduces the development process of home-based nursing staff and analyzes the successful practices in typical areas.At the same time,the author USES the above analysis methods to analyze the current situation,problems and causes of the construction of urban home-based nursing staff in wujin district,changzhou city,and clearly puts forward that the professional construction of urban home-based nursing staff cannot be achieved without the support from the government,society,third-party social organizations and universities.Finally,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the professional construction of urban home-based nursing staff in wujin district,changzhou city.
