Research On The Application Of Commercial Insurance In Local Government Public Administration

With the comprehensive advance of China's deepening reform.The public administration of government is also changing.Because of the public products and public service needs of resident to upgrade.The public goods and service that was the sole responsibility of the government has gradually entered the market economy field.As a tool for the government to provide public goods and services,commercial insurance plays an important role in the government's public administration.This Study is based on this background,This paper studies the application of commercial insurance in the public administration of local government in S county,and how to promote the application of commercial insurance in local government public administration and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,significance,contents and methods of the research,andbriefly analyzes the relevant research at home and abroad.Secondly,introduce the relevant concepts and theories about the commercial insurance?the relation of government and market?the public goods supplicationt,Combined with the practice of S county,this paper introduces the necessity and feasibility of commercial insurance in local government public administration,the application of commercial insurance in the public administration of local government in agricultural?health and safety is introduced,it also analyzes the problems and causes of the application of commercial insurance in the public administration of local governments from three aspects of the third-party supervision organization of government commercial insurance companies.Finally,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to promote the application of commercial insurance in local government public administration.Through research and analysis,this paper concludes that commercial insurance plays a role in economic compensation,social management and financial financing in government public management.However,due to the government's insufficient attention to the problems of commercial insurance companies and the unsound third-party supervision mechanism,commercial insurance fails to play a full role in government public management.For this reason,In order to ensure the role of commercial insurance in government public management is fully reflected,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as perfecting the relevant system,strengthening the government's emphasis on improving the management level of insurance companies,as a result,we will broaden supply channels of public goods and improve public administration.
