Research On The Improvement Of Public Satisfaction Of Public Transport In Ulaanbaatar,Mongolia

With the continuous development of Mongolia's economy,Ulaanbaatar city has also been developing,therefore attracting a great number of Mongolians leaving other cities to come and reside in Ulaanbaatar.However,the public transportation of Ulaanbaatar is not developing at the same speed as the city is developing,and the public transportation of Ulaanbaatar is still facing some problems in regards to the public satisfaction.In regards to this problem,it is of practical significance to evaluate the public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar and to propose suggestions for the improvement of the public satisfaction level of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar.This paper takes the public transportation of Ulaanbaatar City in Mongolia as the research object.It aims to analyze the current situation of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar,build the evaluation index system of public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar,build the evaluation index system and weight of public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar and the public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar membership matrix results.On the basis of the results found after the evaluation of the public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar,this paper deeply analyzes the main existing problems of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar city and the reasons of having those main problems.In this paper,the questionnaires,the Delphi method,the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method are used to evaluate public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar.The MATLAB software is also used.The results found revealed that public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar is between general satisfaction and dissatisfaction.On the basis of the results found,coping strategies of public satisfaction for public transportation,that have practical significance,are suggested for the further improvement of public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar.This paper uses new public satisfaction factors to evaluate public satisfaction of public transportation.This paper consists of six chapters and a conclusion:Chapter 1 Introduction,which introduces the research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research idea and methods;Chapter 2 introduces related concepts and basic theories;Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar.Chapter 4 evaluates the public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar,based on the results of the questionnaires.Chapter 5,analyzes the existing main problems that the public transportation in Ulaanbaatar has,and the sources of those problems.Chapter 6 formulates response strategies to improve public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar,based on the results of the evaluation of the public satisfaction of public transportation in Ulaanbaatar.Finally,the last part of this paper is the conclusion.
