Research On The Construction Of Public Service Capacity Of Chifeng Township Government

Both the 19th National Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward "building a service-oriented government satisfactory to the people".As the lowest government in the administrative system of our country,township government undertakes the important task of public service supply.The level of public service ability construction of township government not only affects the happiness index of the township people,but also affects the harmony and stability of the township.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to improve the level of public service capacity-building of township government.This paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,it defines and summarizes the research background,research significance,research content and related concepts and theories of public service capacity-building of township government.Then,combined with the actual situation of township government in Chifeng City,it summarizes the current situation of public service capacity-building of township government in Chifeng City from two aspects of public satisfaction and achievements,From the quality and total amount of public service,the structure of public service supply,the ability of comprehensive management of public service emergency,the main body of public service supply,the ability and consciousness of public service of township civil servants,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,based on the typical experience of the construction of the public service capacity of the township government in the typical areas of China,by using the methods of literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey and comparative study,the paper puts forward the suggestions for improving the public service capacity of the township government in Chifeng City through three aspects:changing the functions of the township government,strengthening the system construction and strengthening the construction of the township civil servants According to the actual countermeasures,the paper makes a contribution to the public service capacity building of Chifeng township government.
