Study On Residents' Participation In Community Governance In Wuhan G Community

This article mainly takes the current situation of Wuhan G community residents'participation in community governance as the starting point.On the basis of the questionnaire survey on the current situation of community participation of residents in G community,this paper studied and analyzed some practices in Chengdu,Nanjing and other places in China,summarized and analyzed,and put forward the author's Suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve community participation of residents.The first section introduces the background,significance and the research methods of this article.As a form of autonomy,residents' community participation is a beneficial attempt mode in basic organizations and ways of dealing with residents'community affairs.It can not only arouse residents' interest in participating in community governance,but also improve the efficiency of community affairs handling,improve community relations,and promote the harmonious development of communities.On the other hand,it will provide a direct driving force for the transformation of national government functions and the construction of a service-oriented government,and play a positive role in improving the system of the people being masters of the country,developing socialist democratic politics,and strengthening and innovating social governance.The second part mainly defines the concepts involved in the topic selection.Through the study of community residents,community governance context and the relationship between the comb,can think residents community participation is to actively participate in the management of the affairs of this community,through the participation of community affairs realize own opinions and ideas about the construction of community,and related rights for residents is the interests of the residents get the protection and security,and can to a certain extent,the management of community affairs plays a role of supervision,finally realizes the orderly and harmonious community governance,at the community level to achieve a certain degree of democratic administration and civic participation.The third part based on the survey data of Wuhan G community residents'participation,a questionnaire was prepared and distributed,and the basic situation and existing problems of community participation of residents in community G were obtained through modeling analysis.Although residents of G community can have a correct cognition of residents' community participation behaviors,but the overall participation level is still low.Residents of different ages,knowledge levels and interests have different participation levels.The fourth part introduces the community governance models in Singapore and the United States respectively,and analyzes the management mode of "Courtyard residents' autonomy in Jinjiang district of Chengdu,and the "Four in One"management model in Qinhuai district in Nanjing.It is pointed out that the community governance of residents can firstly mobilize the awareness of residents'participation,establish the awareness of residents' independent participation,cultivate the level and ability of residents' community participation,establish the community governance model and legal environment to meet the actual needs of residents,and fundamentally solve the dilemma of insufficient community governance residents'participation.The fifth part puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the community participation of urban residents based on the investigation and analysis of the community participation of residents in Wuhan G community and the experience of community governance cases at home and abroad:First,improve the residents'awareness and ability to participate in community governance;The second is to develop community organizations and build a platform for residents to participate;The third is to innovate the management mechanism of residents' community participation and create a good atmosphere for participation.The last part puts forward the research conclusions of this article.The level of participation of residents in our country is low,and there are still many problems to be solved.In the future,we should focus on the following aspects in the practice of promoting and improving the participation of residents:First,we must always focus on improving the residents awareness and ability to participate,and stimulates their enthusiasm for participation.The second is to continuously expand the scope of residents' community participation.It is necessary to actively develop various community organizations and enrich the content of community services.The third is to strengthen the community participation system.
