Analysis And Countermeasures Of Suzhou Home Care Service Model

China began to implement the one-child policy in the 1980s,which has exerted a huge impact on China's economy,society,culture,and public psychology,and the family form has also undergone profound changes.The one-child policy has been in place for more than three decades,accelerating the aging process and lowering the dependency ratio.Population size and structure are directly affected by the national birth policy.And the formulation or adjustment of the birth policy affects the operation of the social endowment mechanism.With the rapid and fierce silver wave,the number of elderly people living alone and empty-nesters has soared,and the proportion of them in the total population has increased rapidly,which has formed a fierce impact on the development of China's old-age care industry.The urbanization process in China is accompanied by the gradual acceleration of economic development,the traditional family pattern of three generations living under one roof is gradually reduced,the proportion of adult children living apart from their parents is increasing,and the family pattern tends to be smaller.In addition,with the quickening pace of urban life and the increasing number of work and social affairs among young people,the time for adult children to accompany their parents is greatly reduced.China's traditional family endowment cannot meet the demand more and more,and the function of family endowment is increasingly weakened.Social pension benefits are mainly provided by the government.In the face of increasingly severe pension situation,it is bound to explore a sustainable pension road that is in line with national conditions and can meet social pension demand for a long time.In this social situation,a new nursing mode,"home-based nursing",which originated from families and is different from institutional nursing,has been put on the agenda gradually.Meanwhile,related researches on home-based nursing are also increasing day by day.Suzhou,as a city that has entered the aging society earlier in the whole country,the rapid transformation of the society has led to an increasingly aging family structure in the local area,and the pension function based on the family has been gradually weakened.This pension mode is not in line with the development requirements of the current society.Tracing the development process of home-based old-age care in China,suzhou can be listed as one of the cities taking the lead in the exploration of home-based old-age care.Although the development level of home-based old-age care ranks among the top in the country,there are still many problems,such as the fulfillment of government supervision functions,the grasp of supervision scale,the introduction of third-party evaluation or service agencies,etc.Summary analysis of the suzhou endowment patterns that occupy the home,can be found that occupy the home endowment patterns at ease after landing in China,the common problems existing in the development process,but also for suzhou local problems proposed the way to solve,may,in turn,promote home endowment service supply quality promotion,help to explore the road of Chinese characteristics endowment.The research content of this paper is divided into five parts,the first part is an introduction,a general introduction to the background of the topic,a literature review of previous studies,the main content of the research,the innovation part.The second part defines the relevant concepts,describes the theoretical basis of research,elaborates the basic concepts related to home care,and makes a summary and analysis on several models,and finally lists the relevant research theories in this paper.The third and fourth parts are the key contents of this paper.The third part,by introducing the background and development of home-based old-age care in suzhou,elaborates and analyzes the home-based old-age care service model in suzhou.In the fourth part,through the case analysis of home-based old-age care in suzhou industrial park and the research on the local policy orientation of suzhou city,the formation reasons and operation problems of home-based old-age care service model in suzhou city are analyzed,and the design of home-based old-age care service system is discussed.Based on the problems and reasons described in the previous chapter,the fifth part makes strategic analysis on the promotion of home-based care services in suzhou city and puts forward relevant Suggestions.Meanwhile,it analyzes the good practices of home-based care services in foreign countries,draws on the experience of other countries for its own use,and concludes the whole paper.This paper mainly studies the development of home-based old-age care model in suzhou city,combines the existing experience and research status of home-based old-age care at home and abroad,applies relevant theories,analyzes the problems in the practice of home-based old-age care service and the feasible solutions,and then puts forward Suggestions on the level of government public management.During the research process,it was found that after more than a decade of active exploration and practice,the local home-based elderly care service model in suzhou city was gradually improved,and many excellent achievements were made,forming a full-coverage service system,but the policy strength was still insufficient,the system was insufficient,and the long-term support system was lacking.In this paper,the author thinks that we should improve the service mode of home-based care in suzhou from six aspects:policy design,establishment of supervision system,implementation of incentive system,home-based care business planning,expansion of fund channels and construction of volunteer team.
