Rural environmental governance,as an important content and key step of achieving the strategic goal of rural rejuvenation,has received great attention from the government,and has also attracted the attention of social forces such as villagers,enterprises,and environmental protection organizations.Sup ported by sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory,collaborative governance theory,and social interaction theory,this research adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research strategies,through the case study of the environmental governance case model of S Village,Beiqiao Town,Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City.In-depth investigation is used to clarify the role positioning of multiple subjects in rural environmental governance actions,and to clarify the current status of interaction between various subjects.On this basis,we deeply explored the problems existing in the interaction process of multiple subjects in rural environmental governance,and actively explored the causes of the interaction dilemma,to propose a constructive strategy for the benign interactive relationships of multiple subjects in rural environment governance.The advantages of multi-subjects' joint participation and coordinated governance will be promoted to accelerate rural environmental improvement and ecological optimization,thereby achieving the strategic goal of "ecological livability".Based on data obtained through research methods such as text analysis,field surveys,and in-depth interviews,this study defines the main subjects of environmental governance in S Village,Beiqiao Town,Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City as the government,villagers,enterprises,and environmental protection organizations.And analyze the positioning of different subjects in the interactive relationship of rural environmental governance.Based on this,an investigation and research is conducted on the interactive relationship between multiple subjects in the environmental governance of S Village,Beiqiao Town,Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City.Based on the data obtained through a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,the government,villagers,enterprises,and environmental protection organizations'awareness,willingness,behavior,and degree of environmental governance in S Village,Beiqiao Town,Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City are explained in detail.At the same time,it explains the interaction behaviors between different subjects and the resulting interactive relationships,which better presents the current status of the interaction of multiple subjects in rural environmental governance,so as to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the interaction of multiple subjects in rural environmental governance.On the basis of the present status of the interactive relationship,the dilemma of the interaction of multiple subjects in rural environmental governance is mainly manifested by the lack of interaction consciousness of the governing subjects and the level of interaction is not high;,The proportion of interaction is not balanced;the lack of supervision between governance subjects,the interaction process is defective in four aspects.The cause of the interaction dilemma is due to the different motivations of the governing bodies' participation;the laws and regulations are incomplete,and the rights and responsibilities of the governing bodies are unknown.Finally,this study defines the benign interactive relationship between multiple subjects in rural environmental governance,and uses this as the goal,and proposes to build a benign interactive relationship between multiple subjects in rural environmen tal governance from three dimensions of increasing the willingness to interact,ensuring the ability to interact,and improving the effectiveness of interaction Countermeasures.
