"13th Five-Year" period is China's comprehensive completion of the decisive stage of well-off society.Chinese society will enter the era of all-round development.This puts forward higher requirements for the Chinese government's ability to govern the country.As a result,the quality and ability of the civil servants,who are the actual executors of the government policy,are not the problems of their own level,but the strategic issues of national development and social progress.Internet information technology continues to mature is a notable feature of the 13th Five-Year "period of social development.Along with the development of Internet plus "era,network information technology has its own timeliness,sharing features,interactivity and autonomy for the training of civil servants work has brought new ideas and platform.In today's world,governments in the civil service training put more energy and financial resources,training methods and methods are due to the development of Internet information technology and profound changes.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part:introduction and literature review.It is mainly to explain the background of the selected topic,to sort out the relevant research literature,and the framework of this paper,research methods are briefly described.The second part:the basic theory of the thesis.This paper discusses the basic theory of civil service training,including the definition,characteristics,significance and theoretical basis of civil service training.The third part:the problems and reasons of the civil service training in Sujiatun district.Through the questionnaire on Sujiatun District civil service training status of the investigation,according to the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,summarized the existing problems of the in-service training of civil servants in Sujiatun,and find out the reasons behind the problem to be analyzed.The fourth part:Pudong New Area Shanghai civil service training experience for reference.To sum up the advanced experience of Pudong New Area civil service training,in order to inspire the improvement and innovation of Sujiatun District civil service training.The fifth part:it is the core content of this paper,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing problems of Sujiatun District civil service training.The author will combine the Internet era background,fully consider the application of Internet technology and Internet thinking to produce far-reaching impact,put forward innovative and practical operation of the improved countermeasures.The sixth part:research conclusion.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized and described.
