A Primary Study On The Role Of Family In The Process Of Resilience Of Migrant Children

Due to the accelerating urbanization process and mass migration of population in China,more and more surplus rural labor force is transferred from the countryside to the city,and some parents will choose to bring their children to the side to take care of them,thus forming a large group of floating children.Restricted by various reasons,migrant children are more likely to be affected by survival risk,health risk,education risk,social interaction and other risk factors than ordinary children.These migrant children are often exposed to adversity,with weak protective factors and high risk factors.Art force in improving migrant children cope with the crisis and challenges is of great significance in this paper,a method of interview to collect data,to discuss family as an external factor in the process of floating children art force role model in this paper,using the theory of art force process the theory,art force before it can be divided into phases and art after the top art is also known as the individual environment interaction phase,refers to the crisis of the game,the protective factors and risk factors when the risk factor is greater than the protective factors will lead to lead to individual imbalance state this case art refactoring When individuals enter the post-stress tolerance process,they may produce three kinds of results,namely,recombination of stress tolerance and maladjustment.Xiao xin is a typical migrant child whose parents work in cities.His father is older and his mother suffers from mental illness.Because of his short stature and incapacity for words,xin suffered from school bullying for a long time,which made him become depressed and impulsive instead of optimistic.Social workers in the process of providing services found little simba side risk factors than protective factors lead to the individual state of imbalance,for social workers in social work services to increase social support system such as family school and community support for little simba finally,little simba realizes the restructuring,art force reached an understanding parents and adjust themselves achieve these two goals by probing in the process of case,the family has played an important role for enhancing individual art.According to the research,the role of family on individuals is mainly reflected in three aspects:family belief,family organization mode and family communication mode.These three aspects interact with each other.Among them,family belief is the core,and family organization mode needs to be reflected through communication.For migrant children,good family faith is their support during crisis and challenge,and also the source of strength to overcome adversity.The family organization model provides certain organizational structure and function for migrant children to cope with crisis and challenges.Families of migrant children have unique characteristics in the ways of emotional expression and conflict resolution.
