The quality of government staff not only affects the operating efficiency and social and economic development of government departments,but also affects the credibility of the government among the masses.The efficiency level of the government in the administrative process is determined by its internal personnel.Therefore,the level of human resources management of government agencies directly affects the work efficiency,management benefits and social benefits of government agencies.Among the four links in the selection and use of human resources development and selection,the selection is the first link,which is the recruitment of personnel.Recruitment is the first step of human resources management.This article takes the recruitment of other political and legal institutions in M city as the research object.Other political and legal institutions are a very special department within the government.The working methods and methods are very different from other departments.The main manifestations are:First,the working method is special.Carrying out work on a hidden front;second,special job functions,engaged in information gathering,anti-spyware,anti-infiltration,anti-strategic,and anti-subversive struggles:third,strong professional requirements for jobs,and special skills required for special jobs Fourth,the power of work is special,and other political and legal organs enjoy special powers that are not available in other departments.Fifth,the work is highly confidential,not only to keep a large number of party and state secrets,but also to perform lesser-known work.Based on the starting point of the mismatch between the recruitment systems,recruitment methods,and personnel and positions of other political and legal agencies in M City,this article deeply analyzes the problems in recruitment and recruitment of other political and legal agencies in MCity.Proceeding from the particularity of political and legal organs,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for recruitment.
