Research On The Crisis Management Of Rural Hollowing In Pucheng County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy system,the level of economic development and the living standards of farmers in rural areas have been greatly improved.Consistent with the overall development situation in the country,the rural areas of Pucheng County have undergone tremendous changes in recent decades,and the rural economic development and material level have made great progress.However,due to long-term imbalances in the level of development between urban and rural areas in China and the low quality of urbanization,the rural population has gradually increased out-of-town employment,which has led to the problem of rural hollowing out.Pucheng County is located in the Guanzhong Plain.The county economy is dominated by agriculture,and agricultural modernization is relatively slow.Farmers are forced to go out to work to earn a living.Xi'an,as a national central city,and the first-tier coastal cities have a strong siphon effect on the agricultural population of Pucheng County.According to surveys,the rural population outflow rate of Pucheng County has reached61.2%,which has greatly negative effects on agriculture,and the population is hollow.The urbanization triggered a chain reaction of hollowing out of land,spiritual culture,and public services in the rural areas of Pucheng County.Under the background of the country's vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural hollow problem in rural areas has become a difficult problem and task that Pucheng County needs to solve.Therefore,it is particularly necessary and important to study the hollowing of rural areas in Pucheng County,which has strong practical significance.This paper studies the rural hollowing in Pucheng area by combining the core ideas of Marxism on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and the relevant requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.It was found in the investigation andresearch that the local population was hollowed out to a high degree,which then caused other areas of hollowing out.The specific manifestations are: severe land abandonment,which greatly restricts the local agricultural modernization;lack of cultural self-confidence,resulting in the emptiness of the local spiritual culture,etc.Series of questions.Propose countermeasures and suggestions for related hollowing problems,with a view to promoting the improvement of rural hollowing problems in Pucheng County.This article divides the article into six chapters in the study:The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the background,significance and current status of domestic and foreign research,introduces the research methods used in this article,and provides a literature and theoretical basis for the research of this article;The second chapter is the concept and theory.Define the concepts involved in this article,and explain the theoretical basis used in this article;The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of hollowing out of M village in Pucheng County,and presents it through questionnaires and interviews.It focuses on the five most serious aspects of hollowing out in M village of Pucheng County,including: population hollowing,Hollow land,mental hollow,hollow infrastructure,hollow mental facilities;The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of hollowing out of M village in Pucheng County through the combination of questionnaire surveys and interview results,and combines survey data from rural thrust and urban pull,urban-rural dual system,and rural unbalanced self-governing organization structure.Detailed analysis of five aspects of the strong demands of the country,the shortage of funds for rural construction,and the lack of advantageous resources;The fifth chapter elaborates the policies of the new village movement in South Korea and Japan's over-sparseness control of wetness,sums up the lessons for the hollowing out of rural areas in my country,and provides some theoretical support for the hollowing out of rural areas;The sixth chapter addresses the problems and phenomena of the rural hollowing phenomenon analyzed above,from improving the introduction of rural talents,cultivating the endogenous power of the rural economy,enhancing the awareness of rural culture,promoting the two-way flow between urban and rural areas,and improving Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given in five aspects of rural environment.
