Our country is in the social transformation period,and the various systems have changed with the times.Therefore the traditional personnel management system has highlighted problems in personnel selection,appointment assessment and supervision mechanisms.The problems in these personnel management practices have brought new requirements and opportunities for current theoretical research.The Qing Dynasty was the heyday of the development of the feudal dynasty in China.Its various institutional cultures were summaries and innovations of previous generations.They formed a system for the personnel management of officials and there were many desirable aspects in personnel management.In this side,the civil service management has a certain reference value.Therefore,the summary and analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the personnel system in the Qing Dynasty have important theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of civil servant management in China.This paper uses the basic theory of modern personnel disciplines to define the personnel system and related concepts of civil servant management in the Qing Dynasty,and puts forward the theoretical basis for personnel management research.On the basis of combing the personnel system of the Qing Dynasty,combined with the existing problems in the management of civil servants in China,we tried to put forward suggestions for improving the management of modern civil servants in China.The content is divided into five parts: The first chapter is the introduction,interprets the background and significance of the topic,analyzes the theoretical construction related content of personnel management,and introduces the innovative points of the topic based on the research content,method and technical route;Chapter Two is about personnel affairs.The basic concept of management is defined,and the theoretical basis for personnel management and civil servant management is proposed.In the third chapter,the basic contents,characteristics,and advantages of the personnel system in the Qing Dynasty are described in terms of personnel selection,reward,punishment,and personnel supervision.The chapter four analyzes the problems existing in the personnel selection,assessment,punishment,supervision and reform of the civil service personnel system in China.The fifth chapter analyzes the characteristic advantages of the personnel management system in the Qing Dynastyand points out the shortcomings of the current civil service management in China.Try to put forward suggestions for China's civil service management.Through the analysis,the basic conclusions is: According to historical and management-related theoretical analysis,the personnel management system of the Qing dynasty has distinctive features in personnel selection,reward,punishment,personnel supervision,etc.These characteristics have advantages which provide methods for solving the personnel selection,personnel performance appraisal,rewards and punishment,and personnel supervision management,and also provide a wealth of reference and modern enlightenment for the personnel selection system,appraisal,reward and punishment systems,supervision systems,and personnel changes in the current civil service ad...
