Case Study On Emergency Management Of Typhoon ShanZhu In Guang Dong Province

With the continuous development of social economy,the degree of social complexity is getting higher and higher.There are frequent public crisis events in various countries around the world,such as the missing Malaysia airlines passenger plane,the civil war in Syria,the wenchuan earthquake and so on.These public crisis events will have a certain impact on the overall life and common interests of the public,especially when the crisis occurs,the government fails to take effective emergency management measures in a timely manner,which may cause fierce social or interest conflicts,which is not conducive to social stability and economic development.Under the background of current economic globalization,the government attaches more and more importance to emergency management.By doing a good job in emergency management,the government can effectively grasp the characteristics of this new situation and adopt positive transformation of governance concepts and new governance measures,so as to solve public crisis events in a short time and maintain social stability.This study studied the emergency management cases in guangdong province,combined with the actual needs of social and economic development in guangdong province,reviewed and analyzed the super typhoon "ShanZhu" event,found the existing problems in emergency management in guangdong province,and put forward optimization measures and Suggestions.In this study,typhoon "ShanZhu" was taken as a typical case to review and analyze the natural disaster in combination with the actual needs of social and economic development in GuangDong province.First combed the domestic and foreign related research status quo of the current emergency management,to the fight against typhoon "ShanZhu" for specific crisis cases,combined with the public crisis management,the "4R" crisis management,risk management,and other related theory,calculated the present main problems of emergency management in GuangDong province,and carries on the thorough analysis,and then build and perfect the emergency management model of the new path of GuangDong province,including perfecting the emergency disposal system,to strengthen early warning surveillance,to strengthen the construction of each unit linkage,strengthening emergency support capability,and actively mobilize social forces to participate in and so on,It aims to provide certain reference and enlightenment for GuangDong province to establish and improve emergency management.
