Logistic service is an important support in organizational work,and government departments are no exception.The work level of government logistics departments directly affects the work efficiency and quality of other government agencies,and even indirectly affects the development of social economy.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the working efficiency of the logistics department.As an effective management method,performance appraisal is gradually introduced into the assessment system of government employees,and gradually becomes an important part of the organization and management of government personnel.How to optimize and improve the scheme of the performance appraisal system within the framework of the existing employee performance appraisal system is the main problem to be studied at present.This paper takes the staff of boluo county organ service center as the research object.Based on the relevant theories of performance appraisal,the paper makes an in-depth study on the staff performance appraisal system of boluo county organ service center by means of theoretical analysis,policy text analysis,investigation and research.While expounding his own research ideas and contents,the author briefly explains other relevant theories of performance appraisal and the research background and significance of this paper.Secondly,according to the basic situation of boluo county authority service center and the present situation of the performance evaluation system,using the methods of questionnaire and interview,the analysis of the center of the current performance appraisal system existing problems and reasons,and from the objective and principle,the appraisal main body and object and evaluation procedures,staff performance appraisal feedback and complaint,design improvements on the application of assessment results;Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the new program,put forward relevant measures.In the national management system and management ability under thebackground of modernization,we will firmly rooted in the 19 big spirit logistics work,promote the development of organ logistics must address the system,mechanism and restricting the development of office working efficiency,exploring a new path,seeking new breakthrough,realize the new development,constantly improve the service ability and level.Research of this paper is an analysis of the system service center staff,an exploration in order to in the center of the improved performance appraisal status,better use of cadres,stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and promote bo luo organ under the foundation for the development of the logistics business,can be evolved for the logistics department performance evaluation system to provide certain reference.
