In our country,"Young Pioneers" is a well-known title.Under the policy of joining the team,it is almost a social role that every primary school student in our country has to experience.It is the beginning of primary school students' experience of political life in school and an important way of students' political socialization that students join the organization of young pioneers,have the identity of young pioneers and assume the role of young pioneers.The young pioneers organization just provides such a platform for political socialization.In such a group interacting with peers,it plays its own role,undertakes its own responsibilities,understands the attitude of doing things and the way of being a person from its own experience.In the subtle influence,it embodies the spirit of loving,caring,maintaining and contributing to the community,and becomes the opening of students' faith The forerunner of education.However,at present,we find that the current situation of the role identity of young pioneers in our country is not ideal in the context of all children joining the team.The domestic scholars' research on the role identity of young pioneers also focuses on the role identity of young pioneers' counselors and the exploration of young pioneers' organizational identity,but there are few researches on the role identity of young pioneers themselves.So to what extent does the role identification of young pioneers develop? What factors influence the role identification of young pioneers? How can we improve the role identification of young pioneers?Based on the above problems,this paper attempts to investigate the basic development of the role identity of the young pioneers in f primary school under the background of the whole children joining the team from the perspective of the young pioneers' counselors,mainly using narrative research method,observation method and literature method,so as to objectively understand the status quo of the role identity of the young pioneers under the background of the whole children joining the team.First of all,the author divides the role identity of the young pioneers into development period,conflict period and calm period according to the different grades of the young pioneers from the vertical dimension,and summarizes the development characteristics of the role identity in each period;secondly,the author further subdivides the role identity of the young pioneers into three dimensions: role cognition,role emotion and role behavior from the horizontal dimension The role identification of the first team member is analyzed in depth.Then,the author summarizes the problems in the process of role identification of young pioneers under the background of all children joining the team,and analyzes the influencing factors of role identification of young pioneers from the internal and internal dimensions.It is found that the role identification of young pioneers is affected by many factors,and the reasons are more complex,such as: the lack of self-awareness and ability of the main body of young pioneers;the school does not pay enough attention to the work of young pioneers,the formalization of the education of young pioneers,the solidification of the ceremony of young pioneers,the imperfect rotation mechanism of cadres,the lack of support of family education for the work of young pioneers,etc.In view of these problems,this study puts forward some countermeasures,starting from the young pioneers themselves,to help them to get accurate role positioning,guide them to self-management,and ensure good peer relationship;starting from external factors,to establish an effective rotation mechanism and evaluation method of young pioneers;to ensure the integrity of the ceremony of young pioneers,and to enhance the sense of honor of young pioneers;The school should pay more attention to it and guarantee the effective time of the young pioneers' activities.The results show that: first of all,from the development period to the calm period,the role identity of young pioneers is a changing process under the background of all children joining the team.Secondly,the role identity of young pioneers is the result of interaction of many factors,which is influenced by the young pioneers themselves and constrained by many external factors.Therefore,the development of the role identity of young pioneers needs a positive circle of joint forces.Finally,there is still a large development space for the role identity of young pioneers at present,and there is still a very blank of research,which needs to be in the future Continuous improvement in the process of practice.
