The Legal Governance Of Bullying On Campus In China

Campus bullying has become a hot topic of social discussion.Campus bullying has a very wide range,not only limited to minors,but this paper mainly studies and analyzes the problem of campus bullying of teenagers and seeks to solve the legal means of campus bullying of teenagers.However,at present,there is no special law on bullying Governance in China,Therefore,campus bullying can only be dealt with after the event,and this kind of treatment can only deal with individual serious bullying.At present,there is no standardized prevention and post relief method for campus bullying in China.This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of campus bullying,analyzes the causes of campus bullying and how to deal with it in various countries.At the same time,it compares a series of relevant documents formulated by China on campus bullying,and analyzes and compares how to deal with bullying in law.The first part of this paper focuses on the definition of bullying from different perspectives,studies the characteristics of bullying behavior,and analyzes the consequences of bullying on campus.The second part analyzes the causes of campus bullying in China,from the national,social,family and teenagers' own reasons,compares the similarities and characteristics of campus bullying in foreign countries and China,and finds out the shortcomings of solving campus bullying in China.The third part refers to the policies,measures and systems of bullying in different countries,including the legislation of the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom.Combined with the current situation of legislation in China and Taiwan,it compares the aspects of legislation of bullying in different countries that are worth learning from in China.The fourth part of this paper is about the problems of campus bullying in our country.Through the analysis of the above four aspects,it provides a reference for how to improve the governance measures.The fifth part of this paper is the legal governance of the bullying behavior of teenagers,which is also the core part of this paper.Campus bullying is not caused by a single factor,but by a combination of multiple factors.Therefore,the legal governance of campus bullying can not be single measures,the governance mode should be diversified,not only the family concept,school management policy and social system should be regulated,but also through the national force.Therefore,the legal governance is more necessary to form an orderly standard and reduce the occurrence of campus bullying.
