Research On Problems And Solutions Of Training Young Cadres In Sujiatun District Of Shenyang

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and put forward new requirements for our party cadres.As an important part of leading cadres,young cadres are the key to winning a comprehensive victory in building a well-off society and winning a great victory in socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Whether young cadres have the ability,whether they have the courage and whether they make accomplish are the core of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese cadre’s nation,adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,how to effectively improve the overall quality of young cadres in young cadres training to adapt to the rapidly developing social environment and respond to the requirements of the times is a subject worth exploring.As the southern gate of Shenyang,Sujiatun District of Shenyang plays a crucial role in the development of Shenyang and the realization of the revitalization of the Northeast.Sujiatun District of Shenyang pays full attention to the training of young cadres and has formed its own training characteristics,but it still needs to be strengthened in the effectiveness of training.In order to implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee better,adapt to the rapid development of the economy,and reduce the gap with developed countries and regions,taking the training of young cadres in Sujiatun District of Shenyang as an example,this paper attempts to improve the effectiveness of training for young cadres as an entry point and explores the path of adaptation to the training of young cadres in the new era.Through comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literatures and cases,on the basis of learning from the previous scientific research results,through research and interviews,field visits,questionnaires and other research methods,we comprehensively understand the actual situation of training for young cadres in Sujiatun District of Shenyang City.This paper summarizes the training status of the training of young cadres in the Sujiatun District of Shenyang in the training preparation stage,implementation stage and results application stage to find out the problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and find out the solutions and suggestions for solving the young cadres training problems in Sujiatun District of Shenyang City.This paper proves that it is necessary to coordinate the scientific development of training programs suitable for local characteristics,fully implement the curriculum design,strengthen the training process control,and strengthen the evaluation and application of training effectiveness are the important guarantees to promote the effective training of young cadres in the Sujiatun District of Shenyang.At the same time,these solutions can be promoted and equally suitable for young cadre training in other regions,providing academic and practical references for other regions and related departments.
