Present Situation,Problems And Countermeas Ures Of Fire Management System In China

Firefighting work was born out of fire.The use and utilization of fire is evolving along with the continuous progress of human production and life.It has not only promoted the progress of human civilization but also brought hidden peril of the fire to human life and security.On the basis of long-term experience and lessons learned,the management and control of fire gradually formed professional social division of labor and social organization-Firefighting and Firefighting Institutions.China has a long history of firefighting institutions and firefighting.Especially after the founding of new China,the fire control work is gradually on the right track,and it has been popularized nationwide,and basically formed a firefighting system including regulations,Institutions,operation mechanism,management and function,publicity and training.This paper discusses the theory of fire management system from the perspective of public management theory by analyzing the concept of fire control and fire management system,combs and compares the development course of firefighting,the development of fire fighting in China and the current situation.It reveals the existing problems of fire control system in China and explains the causes of these problems.By reviewing fire management system experience of some western developed countries and our country related areas,combined with our country social development present situation,development target,on the public management theory,this paper also puts forward certain feasibility and forward-looking countermeasures and suggestions to further improve and optimize the mechanism of fire management and its related system.Look forward to a new era.As the change of the social principal contradiction,further to build a new type fire control management system to meet the requirements of the new era will promote the fire control work of our country to enter a new development stage.
