Research On Developmental Social Assistance For The Poor

Poverty is a problem that cannot be avoided and must be faced.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949,China's social assistance policy for the poor people has changed from the material relief policy under the early planned economy system to the ongoing institutional construction,which fully demonstrates that the assistance policy for the poor people is a developmental assistance strategy advancing with The Times.In other words,economic and social development will improve people's living standards,but it will not completely eliminate poverty.In the process of continuous adjustment and development of China's social assistance system,public policy has always been directly involved in the process,so in each stage,how to adjust the social assistance policy,the characteristics of the policy has become the focus of this paper.Papers around the theme of the social assistance policy,social assistance policy in comprehensive combed our country's poor based on the characteristics of each stage of the reform and development of,on the basis of the theory of anti-poverty and development-oriented social policy,through the literature study method and qualitative method analyzes the effect of poverty relief policies in China is evaluated,and problems in different stages of the restriction factor analysis.This paper takes the analysis of developmental social policy as the main line,and then provides countermeasures and Suggestions for the policy guidance of developing social assistance policy to the construction of social assistance law.
