Research On The Problems Of District-level Disciline Inspection And Supervision Management After The Reform Of Supervision System

The district-level organizations are the front line of our party organizations,directly facing the demands of the people,and are the foundation of the party's cause.Therefore,whether the district-level disciplinary inspection and supervision work runs efficiently or not,to a certain extent,affects the grassroots people's trust in the party and the government,and also affects whether the grassroots people can share the anti-corruption achievements.Based on the author's work experience and the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision work in Y district,this paper summarizes the discipline inspection and supervision work in Y district,realizes the full coverage of public power personnel,integrates institutions and improves work efficiency,establishes the supervision system and construction system,and forms a high-pressure situation of punishing corruption.The main problems in the district discipline inspection and supervision management include the incomplete district discipline inspection and supervision system,the poor connection between discipline and law,the construction of high-quality supervision personnel and the uneven quality of supervision and enforcement.The above problems are mainly caused by the imperfect power supervision system,the imperfect supervision and management organization within the jurisdiction,the lack of long-term mechanism for the construction of supervision team,and the increasing difficulty of supervision and governance with the economic development and system reform.On the basis of consulting documents and drawing on the advanced experience of Singapore and other countries,we should give full play to the power of district-level discipline inspection and supervision organs to improve the level of discipline inspection,supervision and investigation.Improve the district-level disciplinary inspection,supervision,management and operation system;In order to optimize the path of district-level discipline inspection and supervision management,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from three aspects,namely,strengthening the construction of cadre team,improving the employment mechanism and gradually optimizing the cadre structure,hoping to provide a broader train of thought for the district-level discipline inspection and supervision management in China,so as to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of grass-roots supervision theory.
