The way to politics is to win the people first.As an important part of political life,party and government cadres have always played an important role.At present,our country is at a historic stage in the new era,and the leadership and organization of party and government cadres are even more needed to promote and promote the progress of the country and society.But how to classify party and government cadres and select and appoint excellent party and government cadres accordingly and reasonably has been a difficult problem."Selecting" cadres is the foundation.Only by selecting outstanding party and government cadres can we steadily promote follow-up management.The premise of selecting outstanding party and government cadres is to properly classify them.In the practice of improving the classification system in our country's laws and policies,we have explored several classification angles and results,including classifying party and government cadres from the perspectives of job category,unit nature,job nature,position importance,and resources.At the same time,we have gradually formed a selection and appointment mechanism for party and government cadres such as the selection system,appointment system,examination system,appointment system,public selection and competitive induction.This has provided our party and the country with different connotations and The required party and government cadres were selected to posts at all levels and played an important role in promoting the continuous development of the party and the state.However,at present,there are still some problems that need to be resolved in practice in China's party and government cadres and their selection and appointment mechanisms,that is,a classification system suitable for the selection and appointment of party and government cadres has not yet been established,the party and government cadre selection and appointment methods are single,and the party and government cadre sections are mismatched with the selection and appointment methods.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems and the logical relationship between the new party and government cadres and the classification and selection mechanism in the Qingxin era,and proposescountermeasures to improve and improve the party and government cadres and their selection and appointment mechanism in the new era.Based on the current existing policy documents,this article synthesizes previous research and practical development,and classifies party and government cadres based on the importance of different job responsibilities.It innovatively builds a new type of party and government cadre system in the new era,with party and government cadres as leaders.Memberships,non-leaderships,incumbent cadres,and new cadres.And for these four types of party and government cadres,different selection and appointment mechanisms have been established accordingly,with a view to making a modest contribution to the improvement of this field.This article puts forward suggestions to improve and perfect the party and government cadres and their selection and appointment mechanisms in the new era,providing scientific guidance for the development and growth of the cadre contingent,and it is helpful in practice to easily and effectively select and use people.
