Minority cadres play an irreplaceable role for Han cadres in implementing the Party Central Committee's policies,safeguarding national interests,solving ethnic contradictions and maintaining stability in ethnic autonomous areas,As an important member of the grassroots cadre team in ethnic autonomous areas,minority grassroots female cadres have the qualities not available to Han nationality grassroots cadres and minority grassroots men in the handling of grassroots ethnic affairs because of differences in growth environment,national identity,social roles and thinking methods.However,compared with the huge group of Han grassroots cadres and minority grassroots male cadres,minority grassroots female cadres are under the constraints of traditional ideas,institutional mechanisms,social roles and their own qualities at a clear disadvantage.Therefore,to strengthen the research on the training of ethnic minority grassroots female cadres,find out the problems and the causes of the problems in the training of minority grassroots female cadres and finally explore a targeted and perfect countermeasure,which is not only conducive to maintaining national unity and improving grassroots affairs efficiency and the level of work,and it is conducive to inspiring the enthusiasm of minority women to participate in and discuss politics,promote the development and utilization of talent resources of minority grassroots women cadres,increase the proportion of minority women in the ranks of grassroots cadres and optimize the ranks of grassroots cadres in ethnic autonomous areas structure.In this paper,the minority grassroots female cadres in Lichuan City,Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Hubei Province(hereinafter referred to as Lichuan City)are used as the research object.By consulting relevant literature,in-depth field investigations,issuing questionnaires and consulting relevant experts,I studied Lichuan City The existing team structure,selection methods,training methods and main achievements of the grassroots female cadres of minorities,as well as some problems in the design of training content,system and mechanism construction,investment in training resources,etc.And from social,organizational,family and personal four levels discussed the cause of the problems.Finally,proposed four perfect countermeasures to break through traditional ideas,optimize the social environment,improve the system and mechanism,strengthen policy implementation,innovate methods and methods,improve the quality of cadres,increase resources input,and strengthen logistics support.Cultivate grassroots female cadres of minorities to provide reference,so that the special role of grassroots female cadres of minorities in ethnic autonomous areas can be fully exerted,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of ethnic autonomous areas.
