It has been 30 years since the phenomenon of left behind children appeared in the late 1980 s.The former left behind children have also grown up and developed in the wave of social development.Many children with left behind experience have reached adulthood,and left behind has become a special memory of their childhood-“left behind experience” has gradually reflected its influence on them.From the perspective of case management model,this study uses narrative research methods.Through qualitative research on the “left behind experience” of five left behind people,this paper describes their left behind experience,traces back their personal growth experience,analyzes their important growth factors,and concludes that the left behind experience is the resource of children's growth,and the left behind experience is the important influencing factor of left behind children's resistance.First of all,through the way of narration,the life situation of people who have left behind experience in childhood will be presented,and the situation that they have left behind will be presented again.Through the description of the individual's left behind environment and experience,we can understand the influence of “left behind experience” on his growth.Secondly,it analyzes the important growth factors of left behind children from the perspectives of family members,interpersonal relationship,self-identity and learning development.The significance of discussing the operation of left behind children's resilience lies in fully excavating all kinds of strengths of left behind children themselves,including physical strength,mental strength and action strength,so as to strengthen the main body consciousness of left behind children,ensure the normal operation of resilience,and ensure that left behind children can better cope with all kinds of adversity in left behind life.Thirdly,the case service plan with pertinence and feasibility should be customized according to each client's own situation.At the same time,combined with the family,school,society,social work professional four aspects put forward some Suggestions: to pay attention to family spiritual upbringing,enrich the campus extracurricular life,improve the social intervention mechanism,introduce social work services.At last,it concludes that incomplete care is the root of psychological problems of left-behind people,that left-behind experience contains the resources and advantages of children's growth,and that narrative research is helpful for objective understanding of left-behind experience.It also discusses the two aspects of paying attention to family system and paying attention to children's dynamic development.
