| The rapid impact of "silver wave" makes the pension cause of our country pay more attention to the whole society.For different groups of the elderly,from the way to the content of pension,theoretical research and pension practice are numerous and diverse.When it comes to pension,we have to mention the pension needs of different groups of elderly people.There are such a group of elderly people in the society,who have a high level of education and social status.We call them the elderly with high knowledge,mainly represented by retired university teachers,retired government and enterprise departments,etc.Most of them live in urban communities with relatively good material living conditions.Compared with the ordinary elderly,the high-level elderly have higher requirements for the standard of elderly care life.At the same time,the spiritual elderly care demand is an important part independent of the material elderly care demand.However,influenced by the existing policy resources,the lack of community resources,the weakening of family support and their own group characteristics,the spiritual elderly care demand of China’s high-level elderly has not been well met.Facing this situation,combining with the real community resources,it is necessary to analyze the unique needs and advantages and disadvantages of the elderly,and explore the flexible service form to meet their spiritual life needs.As an important part of the elderly care service,social workers can effectively use their professional advantages,provide direct services,link resources,and cooperate with relevant units to provide targeted and effective mental elderly care services for the elderly with high knowledge.First of all,the author has browsed and consulted the previous relevant research literature,and has a deep understanding of the community elderly care service,the elderly,the elderly care needs and the spiritual elderly care service.Based on the practice of X home-based elderly care service in L University community of Hefei City,Anhui Province,through participatory observation,questionnaire,in-depth interview and other methods,the author has made an in-depth study on the community elderly care service,the elderly care needs andspiritual elderly care service The retired university teachers in the community,i.e.the group of the elderly with high knowledge,have investigated and analyzed the current situation of their spiritual support for the aged.They found that the level of their spiritual support for the aged is rich and the level of their needs is high.They are mainly divided into spiritual support and comfort needs,entertainment and health care needs,learning and understanding of social needs,political participation and self realization needs.In this paper,the author analyzes the basic information,existing endowment resources and specific problems encountered in the process of mental endowment of the elderly investigated in the university community,and on this basis,estimates the specific needs of mental endowment of the elderly in the community,and according to this,makes a detailed service plan with the team members,aiming at the spiritual support and spiritual satisfaction of the elderly There are two modules,i.e.case study,group work and community theme activities,which are used as the intervention form,starting from the elderly’s own personality,to continuously stimulate the elderly’s potential in the service,correct the elderly’s mentality,and strive to help the elderly to achieve what they have done and what they enjoy.And according to their own service practice,draw experience reflection,summarize their innovation,reflect on their shortcomings.This study found that there is still a lot of room for the development of the spiritual elderly care services.The flexible intervention of social work can not only help to improve the current situation of the spiritual elderly,but also accumulate experience for the localization of social work. |
