Research On Optimization And Countermeasures Of Operational Performance Evaluation Of Nanjing Creative Central Industrial Park

The industrial park as a bridge between government and enterprises,is a special space established to achieve industrial developments,which is an industrial cluster or service platform for some science and technology industry,a carrier for enterprises'industrialization.Some industrial parks are built by the government while others are formed through rebuilding or real estate development by the enterprise.A new industrial park requires having specific industry orientation,a physical carrier suitable for development and honorable enterprise entering.The most important things for industry park is long-term and stable operating and management.The division of operating management and property management can contribute to its cluster development.Cultural and creative industrial park is a park with cultural and creative as the theme of subdivided industries.In recent years,the orientation,planning,construction,industrial introduction and industrial agglomeration of Nanjing Cultural Industrial Park are still in development.The government's management and service of the industrial park,as well as the internal management and service of the park enterprises are being explored.In some private cultural and creative industrial parks,operators pay attention to pursuing economic benefits,neglecting the requirements and threshold for enterprises to enter the park.The park has become a common office space.Operators also neglect the service of enterprise customers and the maintenance of Park brand.The reputation and brand influence of the park has gradually declined.Although the economic benefit of the park is an important index for evaluating the performance of the park,economic benefit,social benefit and enterprise service complement each other.Therefore,the quantitative management of the operation of the cultural industry park is particularly important.This thesis mainly studies the related concepts of cultural and creative industry park,operation theory and performance evaluation theory,analyzes the current situation and development problems of Nanjing Creative Central Cultural Industrial Park.The thesis then analyzes the external pressure and internal performance evaluation problems faced by the park.In this paper,Careersmart Balanced Score Card theory is used to construct the performance evaluation optimization system of CCIP Industrial Park from four dimensions of finance,customer service,internal operation,learning and growth.Based on the performance appraisal optimization system,this paper studies the practice of the system in practical work.Specifically speaking,under the guidance of the new performance appraisal optimization system,the operation Department has made a series of innovative operational measures in practical work,and has studied the new performance appraisal optimization system brought about in practical work.Initial results and deficiencies.In this context,the article puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for the operation and development of private industrial parks represented by innovative Central Industrial parks,hoping to promote the development of industrial parks to a certain extent.
