People with disabilities have inadequate capacity due to the loss of some functions,and they have become a more special group in society.Among them,the employment situation of such groups has also become a key issue of concern in society.With the continuous development of Shanghai's urbanization and marketization,employment is the basis for protecting the lives of people with disabilities,and ensuring that people with disabilities continue to participate in social life.Therefore,new problems continue to arise in the process of employment for people with disabilities.It is worthwhile for us to go Attention and thinking.In our country,it is mainly based on the Employment Promotion Law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations on the employment of the disabled,and provides guarantee for the employment of the disabled from the policy and legal level.At present,the governments of the international community mainly help disabled people to solve their employment problems through concentrated employment,proportional employment and self-employed.China is no exception.Starting from the current situation of employment of disabled people in Shanghai,this paper combs the overall structure and employment phenomenon of disabled people in Shanghai.Through interviews,field visits and research,the paper uses the theory of energy increase to explain some difficulties faced by disabled people in employment,and also obtains relevant data according to interviews.According to the definition and specific content of the theory of increasing energy,this paper will study some problems and obstacles in the process of employment from two dimensions of individual and collective increasing energy.This article is obtained after sorting and analyzing the relevant data collected.In the current era,the obstacles to the employment of disabled people are firstly the lack of self-ability,which is mainly manifested in the loss of some functions of individuals due to disability,which brings personal abilities.Lack and insufficient protection of rights.With regard to abilities,the current inadequacy of persons with disabilities in the employment process is mainly manifested in physical dysfunction caused by the loss of some functions,disconnected employment skills from market demand,and barriers to social communication;the lack of power of persons with disabilities in the employment process is mainly It is reflected in four aspects: employment discrimination,weak rights protection,lack of barrier-free environment,and squeezed employment awareness.The research conclusions of this article are:(1)In the process of individual empowerment,the disabled in Shanghai mainly focus on improving self-efficacy,and lack of self-awareness and dignity in the disabled.In the process of employment for the disabled.It is still limited by self-awareness;(2)During the collective empowerment process,the protection of social rights is more focused on basic survival rights.In addition,in the process of employment of disabled persons,although policies and laws have always emphasized the protection of the rights of disabled persons,they are still deprivation of rights exists.Therefore,the suggestions in this article will start from the two aspects of energy and rights,and return to the employment support policy for the disabled in Shanghai.First,we will start from individual empowerment to ensure the improvement of personal ability,and propose to continuously improve the ability of disabled people from education and rehabilitation training.Then from the perspective of collective empowerment,it proposes the embedding of policy resources and the construction of a good social atmosphere.From the effective supply of policies,the employment concept of disabled people and the construction of an accessible environment,the rights of disabled people in the employment process and a good social atmosphere are guaranteed.The dilemma encountered by disabled people in the employment process is also a psychological change brought about by the continuous progress of the times.As a vulnerable group,disabled people are facing the continuous progress of the times and the continuous development of society,but they are difficult to keep up with the development of the times.This is also a problem faced in the new social context.
