A Study On The Government Behavior In The Development Of All-for-One Tourism

With China's economic development entering the new normal,all-for-one tourism has gradually become a new concept,new mode and new strategy to cope with the large-scale needs of mass tourism in an all-round well-off society.Local governments actively plan and create "all-for-one tourism" demonstration areas,so as to promote the development of regional tourism industry,improve the city's grade and improve economic benefits.The development of global tourism is inseparable from the government's leadership.However,some local governments have misunderstandings about the concept,purpose and significance of global tourism in the process of leading the development of all-for-one tourism.The relationship between the government and the market has not been clarified,and the role of the government in the development of all-for-one tourism has not been accurately grasped,which has greatly restricted the sustainable development of all-for-one tourism.This paper takes the government behavior in the process of Hengfeng county's tourism development as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,the field survey method,the interview method and so on to analyze how the Hengfeng county government guides the development of the local whole area tourism and what achievements have been made in the development process.Through in-depth study,it is found that although Hengfeng county government has achieved remarkable results in promoting the whole area tourism,there are still some problems,such as the government leading to change into the "backbone of the government",the effect of industrial integration is difficult to highlight,and the supporting elements of tourism resources are not perfect In order to guide and support Hengfeng's tourism development,improve the competitiveness of the city,and provide decision-making reference for the early completion of the whole province's tourism demonstration area,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions from six aspects,including the supervision system of regional tourism development,building a solid industry foundation,improving public services,strengthening the construction of smart tourism and innovating the construction of tourism talents in the whole region.
