Study On The Cultivation Of New-type Professional Farmers From The Perspective Of Institutional Supply

China is a big agricultural country.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and put forward higher requirements in rural human resources,and proposed to cultivate rural practical talents and new professional farmers with high quality and high technology.However,at present,there are still many deficiencies in the cultivation of farmers,especially in the cultivation of new professional farmers.Effectively making up for these shortcomings will make a favorable contribution to the development of China's agriculture.This paper mainly studies the cultivation of new-type professional farmers from the perspective of system supply.Take S County in Jiangxi Province for example,through literature inquiry,questionnaire survey and field visit,the paper sorts out the situation of new professional farmers in S County from four aspects: rural land management,rural education investment,rural social security and government policy support Local governments still have some problems in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,such as the lack of system,insufficient convergence of policy implementation and policy implementation.The grass-roots government has not solved the practical difficulties of new-type professional farmers and reduced the farmers' willingness to go home to "farm" to a certain extent.Through the research on the demand and supply of the cultivation system of new-type professional farmers,it is found that the lack of system supply under the common influence of the system vacancy in rural land management,local government policy support,rural vocational education,rural social security and other aspects has hindered the development of new-type vocational farmers.This paper analyzes the supply status of the new professional farmers cultivation system in S County of Jiangxi Province,and finds that the local government still needs to improve the cultivation mode and efficiency of professional farmers.The innovation of this paper is to sort out the main problems encountered by the local government in the process of cultivating new-type professional farmers from the perspective of system supply,and on this basis,analyze the reasons and put forward suggestions,in order to provide reference for the local development and expansion of new professional farmers team and the promotion of rural high-quality development.
