With the development of science and technology,today's society needs more and more innovative talents.Since College Entrance Examination is the “baton” of our country's education,its core should be changed from “knowledge” to “capability”.As a result,the training of students' thinking ability has been put on agenda.A survey has been carried out among the students of liberal arts of Senior Three in Yu Shan Senior High School,one of the schools in Group Three in Guangzhou.According to the survey,we can know that it is quite common that most of the Senior Students do not have the appropriate learning methods.Besides,they don't have enough time for preparing lessons before class,and how they prepare what they prepare are only concerned with the review on the surface level knowledge of new lessons.The notes they take and what they listen in class are in conflict.They cannot catch up with their teacher in class.They usually ignore the understanding of geographical concepts.After class,they often analyze the questions in a wrong way when doing homework and the way they review is too simple.What's worse,they don't care about geography for life and are unwilling to explore it.The reason for the phenomena mentioned above is that something goes wrong with how the students manage their time and methods for study.That is to say,their thinking ability needs improving.With concise words and clear hierarchical relationship,a mindmap builds up a knowledge system and bring forth the new from the old as well.A mindmap emphasizes the key points with concise key words and clear relationship,which well solves the problems of disordered relationship of knowledge and fracture of thinking,and it also helps the students improve their learning efficiency,which is beneficial for the students to arrange and manage their study time.In this paper,the use of mind mapping in the new class,review class and thematic courses in the application,promotion and expansion of research.According to the new medium of mind mapping,emphasizing Students' Preview before class,combs the relationship between knowledge points,knowledge point based rendering of the mind map,follow the teacher's classroom teaching blackboard writing and appropriate adjustment of the mind map notes,after digestion,finishing the mind map;for the recitation of the mind map,emphasize the all the knowledge points of the unit in a mind map before class,hierarchy sort of knowledge between the classroom,after-school consolidation thinkmap;for special classes,Keqianyuxi emphasize the combing with the topic of horizontal and vertical knowledge,the classroom focus is to adjust the level of the relationship between knowledge.And the thinking of solving the map,after digestion enhance mind map.In order to examine the thinking guide figure in the feasibility of training geographical thinking ability,to the school where I served as the task of teaching art of high school students,for example,the students guide map before and after basic class scores were compared using thinking,students in the classroom using thinking guide map before and after learning performance comparison and thinking of the guide map learning efficiency feedback analysis of survey results,it is concluded that the thinking map in the cultivation of senior high school geography thinking ability of students is feasible and effective of guide.
