Female physical teachers belong to a special and small group of sports teachers.They have their particularity,but they do not get special attention.There search on female physical teachers' professional status is helpful to understand their difficulties when they have teaching tasks,solving their professional confusion,so as to promote female physical teachers to have a better development in the sports education career.The female middle school PE teachers' professional status in Guangzhou will be studied in this paper through the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,and some related development countermeasures will be put forward.Through the research,the following conclusions are found: 1.The structure of Guangzhou high school female physical teacher team is relatively reasonable.2.Parts of Guangzhou high school female physical education teachers can not adapt to today's teaching environment.3.Parts of Guangzhou female middle school physical teachers have some confusion of the development of physical education.4.Female PE teachers have their own advantages and disadvantages.5.The female PE teachers' stress in Guangzhou mainly comes from individuals,families,schools,social aspects and so on.
