In recent years,the research of group cooperative learning has made some achievements.At the same time,we should pay attention to the problems.There are so many problems need to be solved,such as the formal phenomenon of group cooperative learning is serious,the understanding and use of group cooperative learning is difficult and flurried for teachers,it is difficult to use the group cooperative learning in large-scale class teaching.Moreover,the main body of cooperative learning is students,they're mainly in the same class or the same age.On the one hand,it is good for complement each others' advantages and arouse the learning interest.On the other hand,the distinction of different knowledge level is small,and students don't trust each other,so that maybe they will quarrel with each other.It will reduce the efficiency of cooperative learning.According to this,this research adopting a new perspective(the way of grouping etc.)It can help to further understand the behavioral characteristic of the learners in different age(grade).At the same time,bring senior and junior students' superiority into full play,try to put the pattern of purpose-targeted senior to junior mentoring group work teaching into the primary school Chinese teaching.Teachers should divided the students in different grades into a same groups.The researcher chose some senior and junior students to do a research for a whole semester based on the strategy of group cooperative teaching.In order to discuss the new pattern and strategy of group cooperative teaching in primary school Chinese teaching,and give a reference for the primary school Chinese teacher.This research focused on the empirical study and strategy of realizing the purpose-targeted senior to junior mentoring of group work teaching in primary school Chinese teaching.For example,how to link up the knowledge between senior and junior,how to design the content of courses,how to grouping in group work learning and teachers' role positioning.As you can see,the principal role of teachers in mainly attributed to the goal setting and evaluation between macroscopic and microcosmic.Students are the center and teachers are the key.This research also put forward to some strategies of using the purpose-targeted senior to junior mentoring of group work teaching in primary Chinese teaching.The research of purpose-targeted senior to junior mentoring group work teaching in primary school Chinese teaching could be a long-term work.Therefore,there is a certain boundedness of this research.The research time will be long,and the sample size will be enlarge,in order to acquire more information and data.We should do more teaching practice and summary during the teaching process for making the research more efficient.At the end of the paper,researcher put forward to some expectation of purpose-targeted senior to junior mentoring group work teaching in primary school Chinese teaching.
