New teachers are the important part of full-time teachers in local colleges.New teachers' teaching development is the key of the improvement of teaching quality and the optimization of teachers.This paper attempts to establish teaching cooperation to help improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the development of teaching,fully exploit and use group resources,and ultimately improve teaching.On the basis of summarizing the research results of teachers' cooperation,this paper selects new teachers from a local college as the research subject under the guidance of learning organization theory,community theory and organizational learning theory.Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,four questions are answered.These are as follows:what forms of teaching cooperation are existing in the development of teachers' 'teaching in local colleges?Whether these cooperation forms can promote the development of teachers' teaching?If not,what are the reasons?What measures can be figured out to improve teaching cooperation?Based on the questionnaire survey and the interview analysis,there are five problems in the teaching cooperation in the local colleges,namely,the cooperation demand is high while the cooperation opportunities are few;the cooperation understanding is clear while the cooperation intention is low;the cooperation form is few and the cooperation effect is poor;cooperation support is insufficient.In the interview of eleven new teachers,several reasons are concluded as follows:the evaluation mechanism is not comprehensive;daily teaching is not highly valued;teachers are running out of time,and competition is fierce.Finally,this study attempts to propose a teaching cooperation model,and pointed out that the school requirements and professional development are two boosters,so that teachers can have a deeper understanding of teaching cooperation;teachers carry out cross cooperation to break limits of traditional cooperation and homogeneous cooperation,and the schools give planned,step-by-step and systematic support based on different levels of teaching demands.
