With the continuous reform and development of China's higher education,colleges and universities attach great importance to the construction of teachers.According to the relevant data,young teachers in Colleges and universities have become a major component of the university teachers,to enhance the teaching capability of young teachers in Colleges and universities has become the key to improve the quality of higher education in china.In our country the State Council promulgated the "National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)",this paper also points out: "colleges and universities must build a high level team of university teachers,to meet the general requirements of the national education development and goals,improve the quality level of China's high-level education." The process and factors present situation and the research on the teaching capability of young teachers in Colleges and universities of our country,explore the effective ways to improve and enhance the teaching capability of young teachers in universities has become the urgent need to solve the problem.Based on this background,this study selected four of young university teachers' representative(two from colleges,other two from university)as the research object,and mainly regard the case study as the main research method,besides take semi-structured interviews and participatory observation data collection methods,so as to understand the main experience of four young university teachers' teaching capability and research on this problem.Through the comprehensive analysis of the collected data,this study has discovered that the young teachers in Colleges and universities has the initiative to improve their own teaching ability consciousness,but there are still some problems in mutual conversion of theory and practice,the combination of scientific research and teaching,actively carry out reflective teaching and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.For the existing problems,this paper discusses the factors that influence the teaching ability of young teachers from three aspects: teachers,schools,institutions and policies.The factors mainly include: the effect of teachers' work motivation of young college teachers,teachers' knowledge and ability to practice their reserve,consciousness of teaching reflection and development;evaluation system of school factors mainlyinclude the school system is not perfect,university teachers are not comprehensive and the teaching evaluation system is not perfect three aspects;factors influencing system with the policy for education to be the relevant laws and regulations to improve and deepen the qualification system of University teachers.In view of the above problems and the influencing factors,this study puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the teaching capability of young university teachers from three aspects: the school aspects,the teachers aspects and the system and policy aspects.The school aspects includes: improving the growth of young university teachers teaching system,creating a good academic environment,building a scientific evaluation system for teachers,building a good communication and competitive platform;the aspects of teachers include: carrying out career planning carefully,setting up teaching academic meaning,enhancing the application of reflective teaching;including the system and policy aspects: Improving the existing laws and regulations of education and teachers access system,reforming the policy of teacher qualification examination.
